I do not call myself a republican or a democrat nor a conservative or a liberal. I think that anyone that specifically has to fall into one and only one category is doing it more for the feeling of a community then for actual opinion. However I do lean more towards conservative objectives on social issues (Its not easy being a new yorker). Here are my realistic views of political hypocrites and their agendas.

A rose in any other name would NOT smell just as sweet.

A family friend and I were discussing reasons NOT to be Obama supporters. And one of the reasons that I said was that his middle name is Hussein. My friend whom I respect greatly and who is a very smart, successful business man said that my statement is absolutely absurd. My argument was that - your name says a lot about you. I have a 5 year old son into whom I am currently placing ideals and values that I, as his parent, view as correct. With that said, when my husband and I chose a name for him, I chose a name from my religion representing what I feel is good, just and moral. Barack Obamas father, who gave him the name of Hussein I am sure did the same thing. That is all good and dandy for Barack and his father. However that is not good for me as that type of name conjures up an image of an entity that is bent on my destruction (Both as a Jew and as an American).

In the end, my friend and I totally disagreed on the name issue, but lucky for us we had plenty of other reasons to be anti Obama with which we were in mutual agreement.

But really...what’s in a name? Would I vote consider Barack for president if his name wasn't Barack Obama? Yes, I would.

When B.O was asked regarding Hamas’ endorsement, he said: "It's conceivable that there are those in the Arab world who say to themselves, 'This is a guy who spent some time in the Muslim world, has a middle name of Hussein and appears more worldly and has called for talks with people, and so he's not going to be engaging in the same sort of cowboy diplomacy as George Bush,'"

For Barack Obama who previously publicly said that (these) notions (like the one he said above) are false to come out and acknowledge that there is a claim to him being endorsed by hamas shows a lightening of sensitivities and sensibilities towards (and lets just call is what it is) terrorism.

If B.O's name wasnt Barack Hussein Obama he would not be who he is - and that is why I would consider voting for him.

If you do not know this yet - Barack Obama did not grow up being called Barack
(see: http://www.newsweek.com/id/128633/page/1)

He grew up being called Barry for the first (approximately) 20 years of his life. In college he felt uncomfortable for whatever reason being seen as a Barry and asked his family and peers to call him instead by his Muslim-African name Barack (It should be noted that the name Barack has Jewish roots as well, but I doubt that was the senior Obama’s intentions). As I stated earlier I am currently trying to instill in my 5 year old morals and values that are most dear to ME (and unlike the Husseins of this world, I do NOT teach my son that I don’t like the Husseins of the world, my son can choose who to like and dislike by himself) I am often asked how I would feel if my son chose to live a different life then the path that I am planning for him. My response is always the same: At a certain point, no matter what dreams, hopes or aspirations who may have for your child they will decide on their own the path that they will choose to take. I understand it, respect it, and acknowledge this fact of life. Barack Obama at this formative time in his life decided to go back to his "roots" and be called by his real name Barack. My concern is not that he went BACK to his real name; my concern is why he felt so uncomfortable in his skin that being Barry just didn’t sit right with him.

Misguided attempt to....

I love this story, it's an oldie but a goodie.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7066770.stm

The Agenda:
French aid workers went on a mission to rescue Darfurian orphans.

The Result:
What wound up happening is that the aid workers went to Chad (Country that borders Darfur) and for whatever reason never reached Darfur. instead they claimed they found Darfurian children in Chad and rescued (think: kidnapped) dozens of Chadian orphans (think: have one or both parents).

If this isn't a misguided liberal agenda then I don't know what is.

The Jewish Conspiracy

I drive a large part of my day, which is arguably my most favorite part (even though I always rush to get it over with) because I get to relax and listen to whatever I want on the radio (As I otherwise am forced to listed to Curious George CD’s by my son or techno music by my husband) I usually listen to a mix of Z100’s morning zoo, CNN and Fox (thank you husband for satellite radio).

So today I happened to have been listening to CNN when a “CNN breaking news” story came out. Those always make me happy.

Today the story was about the Obama camp getting mighty peeved with President Bush regarding something he supposedly said in Israel about Barack Obama (but without actually saying Barack Obama, instead saying “some" people).

Going back a little, here is what PB (President Bush) did say:

"Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along…We have heard this foolish delusion before …As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history."

If you go on CNN now (11:53) on Thursday, May 15, 2008 news is swarming of this, and they already had numerous guests come out and say that this is wrong and unjust for PB to unfairly attack B.O.

Here is where this doesn’t make any sense for me.

1. He didn’t refer directly to B.O. More then one disillusioned fool has shared B.O’s view on this. (As B.O’s perpetrators, I mean fellow democrats, are quick to point to PB’s defense secretary saying something, that when you misquote it, can be construed as similar.)

2. Obviously this is B.O’s view. Since this is obviously your view, why get upset?

In all seriousness, Barack Obama does not share most of his views on politics and the world. His speeches are inspiring, but in essence empty. The one (of very few) things B.O has made clear is that his response on the Iran problem would be one of “discussions” (and yes, appeasement – removing trade sanctions, etc).

This probably wont be the only reference to Barack's policies and the history involving Hitler in the same context. The two of them have one very important thing in common, both of them have expressed (though, giving credit to Barack, B.O's policies are less distasteful) their anti-Jewish agenda (read the first post for B.O's anti-Jewish agenda) before actually becoming national leaders. Another very important similarity is that even with B.O's policies out in the open, Jews are still voting for him en mass. Where is this Jewish conspiracy that I hear so much about?

Jewish people, invite me in to your secret meetings so we can talk and not have history repeat itself again!

Did the world go mad?

I love this!
Talk about craziness being called heroism!

http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/africa/05/15/amanpour.rwanda/index.html

Above is an article about an African woman forgiving an animal (human animal) who killed her husband and 5 children.

This is where our world went absolutely insane! When racial profiling (in order to save lives) is bad and forgiving murderers is good.

Crazy woman, listen to me please! Just because CNN paid you money for an interview (and I know in Africa you need water money and I can understand that) don’t sell your soul and proclaim such stupidity.

Crazy people of America, listen to me please! This is what you call heroism? What is to stop the next batch of government murderers if they are forgiven and can even have lunch with their victims’ families? How can you listen and watch this and not be repulsed by CNN who reports this?

Darfur Hypocrites!

I was watching Chelsea Lately (starring Chelsea Handler) the other night, when she said something to the effect of; well it’s a good thing that Jenna Bush got married because now she will have someone to comfort her when her dad will be charged with war crimes.

Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of the show; however it gets to me when celebrities use their fame to throw salt on wounds when they don’t really know or care to know about what issues face the every AMERICAN man.

I don’t hear celebrities speaking out for the Americans who are losing their jobs to foreigners. I haven’t heard Brad Pitt get angry because he had an epiphany that social welfare begets social welfare. What I hear from these money riddled know-it-alls is about Darfur…Save Darfur! Those Muslims want to kill each other, so let’s get involved! But when these Muslims were killing each other in Iraq and we got involved that was bad; but Darfur, now that’s where we should get involved.

I was also watching South Park a while back where they had an episode that smog (or smug) was taking over the US. The problem was the smog was caused by George Clooney’s infamous speech at the Academy Awards where he pretty much said that Hollywood elite are ahead of the curve on social issues. Not that the creators of SP are on the right wing conservative side (they can just as easily have made George Bush saying some silly cowboy monologue) , but they did hit it on target. My question to George Clooney and other people with way too much time and money on their hands is this: Are you so smug and conceited that you could possibly think that your view is the only correct one out there?

I love when celebrities preach about animal cruelty (I call them the CPP’s – Crazy PETA People). The bible states and I quote: “Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it; and rule over the fish in the sea, the bird of the sky, and every living thing that moves on the earth.

Now of course liberals can’t believe in G-d. Just take the last bible quote and break it down - liberal style.

  1. Be fruitful and multiply – Liberals (CPP’s) don’t want to have there own kids as the earth is already overpopulated, lets adopt a Darfurian.
  2. Fill the earth and subdue it – Who are we to subdue the earth – SAVE THE RAIN FOREST!
  3. Rule over the fish in the sea, the bird of the sky, and every living thing that moves on the earth – God must’ve meant that we should be friends with and take care of chickens, right? Not eat them.

If liberals would believe in God, they would have to acknowledge that their beliefs and life styles are a paradox.

Don’t be more merciful then God.

So Chelsea, before you send off our president to hell for war crimes, you should go with the rest of your useless kind and petition for drinking water. In 20 years we might find out that water has feelings and emotions and "cries" because it feels pain when its swallowed. Thats right go petition for drinking water.

disappointed - The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment

First off let me start by saying that I am a proud American. Unlike Michelle Obama’s (B.O's Wife), I have been proud of my country my whole adult life (not when I was 44 because my affirmative action husband was running on a platform of CHANGE).

My love and appreciation for my country sprouted, thanks to my parents, before I ever made a cognitive decision to be proud of my country. When my parents drank their shots of vodka every Thanks Giving repeating “God bless America” before every shot, I learned to be proud of my country.

I am not naive, so I understand that my country does “things” to protect the freedoms and liberties that I appreciate so dearly. My country tortures terrorists into submission and protects us from future terrorist acts. My country sends spies abroad to keep abreast of new threats looming on the horizon. My country even listens to peoples telephone calls and has the audacity to arrest the scum that sell our children white and grey powders that simply help our kids relax. I love my country and start to salivate when I think that some scum that wishes death on my children, because they are Americans, is hopefully having his nails slowly pulled out (and again, God bless America!).

My disappointment begins when racial opportunists start to make arguments that are true and ethically cannot be justified. One of these examples are The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment (see: http://www.tuskegee.edu/Global/Story.asp?s=1207586). My sadness of this knowledge is based on the fact that while I don’t expect my country and its government or people to always be righteous; I do expect my country not to be vicious and evil. (As I will write my next sentence, I feel like I am saying 1+1=2 to a three years old) Performing experiments on people without their will and/or knowledge is evil. Whether you are a pharmaceutical company or the government – it is wrong. To make matters worse the experiment was not done centuries ago or in “ancient times” but in modern times. This along with racial opportunism breeds anger, anger amongst minorities which is dangerously, almost, justifiable. While minorities have been playing the victim card for 250 years now, I would expect for us not to give them any more reasons to do this. It is our moral responsibility to be even handed and not victimize those that victimize themselves.

As a side note: I don’t believe the notion that the U.S govt. gave minorities AIDS. I believe AIDS is the result of certain people, on a certain continent, frolicking with monkeys.

In conclusion, there is one major difference between my occasional disillusionment with my country and the views Michelle Obama’s. Michelle Obama was proud of her Country for the first time in her adult life, while the knowledge of this makes me disappointment in my Country for the first time in my adult life.

My bleek forecast.

If you've paid attention to what is going on in the world, and the U.S specifically at this time, then I want to know how you sleep at night? No, I am not a whacked out liberal concerned with poor people and tax sucking social programs designed to keep them on their tuches (ass). I am more concerned with Barack Hussein Obama becoming president and food shortages.

I just saw on the local channel 11 news how "middle class" college graduates are reduced to shopping at food banks because of increased gas (and everything else) prices. I mean this is devastating. I am in NY, and here where people with virtually no education can get union jobs (preferably you should be a minority before you apply) and get paid $70,000 for standing at a toll booth. If that information in itself makes prices here unaffordable, then what does?

Here's my theory:
Remember watching people in Russia or China or third world where-ever on the news stand online for hours for loafs of bread? Well that’s exactly where America is heading. Not in the next 50 years, but in the next 5.

Here’s why? Inflation wont stop, it will keep going! As the dollar will sink, people will continue going to food banks and bankrupting the government. The government will increase taxes (MORE!) at which time large companies will not only move their back office operations to cheaper locales (obviously, think India) but their front room operations as well. Maybe not to India specifically (they need people with more creativity skills - and if you've ever called India for tech support, you know what I mean). Perhaps large companies will move their whole operations to Germany or UAE, but whatever the case is - they will leave.

Thank you Barack Obama (B.O)...
When Hilary Clinton was asked for what she would do if Iran NUKED Israel, she said she would obliterate Iran.
NOTE: I am not a Clinton fan AT ALL, however I am so proud of that answer. Even though, I am not a democratic and truly believe she felt that answer would bring her political gain or otherwise she wouldn't have said it, I am so proud of that answer.
Thank you B.O for calling her a cowboy for such an amazing response!
Thank you for giving Iran, who by Israeli estimates, will have nukes (im sorry nuclear material) by 2009 a green light to bomb Israel. What will stop Iran now if not this (temporarily) mighty nation?

Now what do these two world problems have to do with each other and with me?
Well first off, I have to get my family out of this country before it implodes on itself. Thank you B.O for my second problem. As a Jew, I would consider Israel, but now thanks to B.O that is a frightening option.

Thank you for giving my enemy a right to kill me Mr. Future Affirmative Action President.
